Job Overview:

Our digital content strategy and personalization team is scaling up to support content across all digital channels, including websites and mobile applications. We are seeking a Project Manager who can ensure that high-level business objectives and daily project goals of the Digital Personalization and Content Strategy team are achieved. The Project Manager will play a key role in planning, developing, implementing, and executing various complex projects. This role will facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint burn-down activities while coordinating team member efforts to deliver projects according to plan. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee project quality control throughout its lifecycle, leveraging proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of business investments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects of high complexity, priority, and risk.
• Oversee the development of detailed business requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure awareness and seek assistance with resolution.
• Create, implement, and manage project timelines, including deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Ensure project requirements are met by delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Track, manage, and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, and other involved parties.
• Coordinate effectively with technology, business, and vendor teams to ensure project success.
• Act as a strategic partner in organizational road mapping and structuring to drive increased ROI and transformation success.
• Foster speed, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Advise on dependency management techniques between internal teams, third parties, and Agile teams.
  

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Jira and MS Planner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and manage programs.
  • Experience working in a digital or Agile environment.
  • Experience managing high-impact, complex digital projects.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
• Preferred:
  • CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP (nice to have).
  • Experience managing a diverse range of complex projects across multiple industries.

Pay Range: $45 - $50

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
