Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the location, including meeting established goals and outcomes, ensuring regulatory and organization compliance, directing and coordinating work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrating leadership.
Must possess PPD management, survey knowledge, staff management, long term care experience
The role will involve having a few agency front line nursing staff, newer DNS, annual survey exit 6.3.25 with 7 deficiencies working through POC and compliance
Job will entail Survey compliance, PPD management within budget, agency reduction
