Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our Downtown Chicago office. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping to shape the next generation of civil engineers by recruiting college students for internships and entry-level full-time roles. Our team enjoys a hybrid work schedule, balancing two days in our Downtown Chicago office and three days of remote flexibility.
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Illinois Pay Transparency Act. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary, overtime, and bonuses.

Illinois Pay Range: $60,000$75,000 USD
