• Support enterprise-level SG&A expense management and business partner with leaders across departments (IT, HR, Marketing, etc.)
• Lead ad hoc scenario modeling, planning, and forecasting around CapEx, long-range planning, and workforce strategy
• Assist in building and improving financial models and decision-making tools
• Serve as a “review-level” lead over one junior team member; no direct reports to start, but a great step toward leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift frequently

• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Strong Excel skills (SumIFs, XLOOKUP, scenario modeling; Excel test required)
• Experience with Adaptive Planning (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working with 3-statement models; retail experience a plus, but industry is flexible
• Highly coachable, analytical, and business-minded — someone who enjoys solving problems and partnering with stakeholders
