Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, facilitating efficient operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate various administrative tasks, communicate effectively with internal and external contacts, and be a focal point of logistics.
Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide necessary support in the sales process, including order processing and sales documentation.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records and reports.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team, other departments, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline sales support operations and enhance efficiency.
Support outside sales representatives in their daily activities.
Utilize Salesforce CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
Assist the sales team in managing accounts and relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales support or related administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to deal and accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
