We are currently looking for a PT Administrative Assistant.  This position stays in our Franklinville office.

Responsibilities: 

• Working with Human Resources Department
• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Tracking candidates and making interview appointments 
• Various other duties as assigned by General manager

Experience Requirements:

• The successful candidate must have the following:
• At least two years admin/customer service experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office and computers
• Bilingual English/Spanish 
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
