Responsibilities Provide direct services to clients including intake, assessment, referral, and follow-up. Attend community meetings to promote programs and activities. Monitor and recruit interns and volunteers. Document client progress and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Enhance community engagement and assist in creating engaging programs. Conduct audits and build community partnerships. Perform clerical duties and prepare program reports. Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in English; second language preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business technologies. Physical Requirements Prolonged computer use and ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and travel within NYC boroughs.
