As a Production Operator I for our Agricultural Products business unit located in Southwest St. Louis County, youwill build a meaningful career while supporting BASF’s St. Louis, MO manufacturing operations. This is a greatopportunity to join our team working in a challenging and dynamic manufacturing environment. The Productionteam, which includes operators, blenders, leads, and supervisors, with varying backgrounds, ensures that ourplant operates in a safe and efficient manner. During your 10-hour shift as a Production Operator I, you will Work a 10-hour shift, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. Have the ability to setup, operate, monitor and adjust production related equipment to assure safe operationand product quality. Be knowledgeable of and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety practices Control product quality through communicating item damage or off spec condition that exist to Quality Control. Maintain Housekeeping and 5S sustainability. Capable of being crossed trained in other production work-related areas and processes. If you... Have a High School Diploma or GED. Preferably has 1 year of production experience. Possess intermediate computer skills (preferred). Are mechanically inclined (preferred).
