Job Description

Production Associates $15.75- Nights 
Location: Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $15.75 per hour
7pm - 7:30 am shifts
2-2-3 rotation 
3 & 4 day work week
3 day weekend every other week.

Our client, a leading player in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Assist in the smooth, safe operation of the production line.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stacking/lifting boxes
• Prepping and splicing material

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 7pm - 7:30am shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and production environments is a plus.
