Who We Seek We're looking for an AM Prep cook/Kitchen coordinator for our residential students. You'll join our talented Food Services team to ensure healthy and appetizing Lunch meals are properly prepared and served in our dining hall. Be part of a team that creates exceptional meals by supporting local farms through seasonally inspired menus Responsibilities The Am Prep Cook/Kitchen Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete daily AM delivery to campus residents to include: Gathering & packing daily breakfast and kitchen staples Organization and food quality inspection of resident kitchens Perform a supportive role in the culinary preparation of: Resident weekend menus, Daily cafeteria menus, School Events/Catering Jobs Adhere to standardized recipes, quality expectations and production methods Maintain sanitary work area by keeping it orderly and clean Assist with checking in and putting away vendor deliveries Requirements High School Diploma, Ability to lift to 50 pounds Ability to follow a daily routine as well as verbal and written instructions, Ability to work as part of a team, Food service experience preferred. SERV Safe Food Handler and/or Allergen Awareness certifications a plus. CORI qualified.
