HyerTek is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics Developer to design and implement Power Platform solutions while contributing to organizational growth through technical expertise and collaborative development. As a full-time member of our team, you will build and optimize solutions using your solid expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related integrations. Your primary focus will be on Power Platform development, Power Pages implementation, model-driven applications, Dataverse solutions, and Power BI development, while contributing to best practices and organizational standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll also ensure that technical implementations follow established security, compliance, and performance guidelines, while learning and applying best practices to continuously improve solution quality and your own technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions following established architectural patterns and organizational best practices.
• Build robust solutions using PowerApps, Power Pages, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services across canvas apps, model-driven applications, and portal solutions.
• Design and implement user interfaces, business logic, workflows, and integrations using the Power Platform suite including Power Pages for external solutions and model-driven applications for internal business processes.
• Develop Power Pages solutions for external stakeholders, including customer portals, collaboration sites, and public-facing applications while following security and compliance guidelines.
• Create and configure model-driven applications using Dataverse to support business processes, including entity configuration, form customization, and workflow implementation.
• Contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives by following governance frameworks, utilizing solution templates, and documenting development practices for Power Platform projects.
• Implement integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems to ensure proper data flow and system connectivity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions, identify performance issues, and implement optimizations to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Support change management activities, including testing, deployment assistance, and system updates while following established procedures.
• Collaborate with senior team members on Power Platform strategy, technical decisions, and solution design recommendations.
• Share knowledge with team members on Power Platform development techniques, best practices, and lessons learned from project implementations.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain US DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform development experience or other related software development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions that involve Dynamics customization including custom business logic, workflow development, and basic integration work.
• Solid experience with Power Pages development, including portal configuration, web templates, entity forms, and entity lists.
• Experience developing model-driven applications with data modeling, business logic implementation, and user interface customization.
• Familiarity with Center of Excellence concepts and willingness to learn governance frameworks and organizational standards for Power Platform development.
• Experience modernizing applications to Power Platform solutions, including both canvas and model-driven app development.
• Understanding of coding best practices and design patterns for Power Platform development.
• Experience with DevOps concepts and Azure environments, with interest in learning Power Platform ALM and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Power Platform development languages including Power Fx and basic Liquid templates.
• Experience working on agile development projects with collaborative development methodologies.
• Proficiency in supporting Power Platform administration and environment management concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
