THE GIST:

Our client, an impressive tech entrepreneur, seeks an experienced Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to support their family in Hillsborough, CA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting UHNWIs in a personal capacity and can expertly oversee the day to day of multiple properties. Role requires a reliable form of transportation and occasional onsite visits to the family's other Bay Area-based property.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Manage multiple residences in the Bay Area (mainly based in Hillsborough)
• Act as main point of contact for projects & renovations, oversee logistics, and manage timelines
• Respond to any household emergencies or issues, sometimes outside of traditional business hours
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and property maintenance teams
• Coordinate with principal's Executive Assistant on scheduling and logistics
• Arrange personal travel, arrange transportation, and book accommodations & reservations
• Plan & execute dinners, social events, and family gatherings
• Assist with hiring for household staff
• Maintain & service vehicles
• Run daily errands and oversee general household operations
• Keep track of expenses, invoices, and payments
• Assist with other projects and tasks, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Estate Manager
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Experience supporting a UHNWI or high-level executive highly preferred
• Flexibility to travel to other Bay Area-based properties as needed
• Ability to respond to issues after hours and be onsite if needed
• Expert ability to anticipate the needs of others and service-oriented mindset
• Proactive and adaptiveapproach to issues & opportunities
• Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Polished & professional communication style

LOCATION: Hillsborough, CA (Hybrid)

COMPENSATION: $150,000-$180,000/yr base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
