Marketing Associate We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Associate opportunity with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting a variety of marketing programs, initiatives, and activities, and will assist in optimizing marketing operations. The Marketing Associate will work closely with Marketing team members, and will also collaborate with Communications, Creative, and Events teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of related marketing experience ideally within investment management or financial services.
This is a 12+ month contract opportunity, paying between $25-$27/hour.
This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 onsite and 2 remote days/week.
Responsibilities: - Update and maintain channel marketing materials utilizing internal workflow tools and resources.
- Work closely with marketing team member to ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and compliant with industry standards.
- Oversee access to marketing collateral inventory, tracking usage and performing updates on digital properties (intranet, internet, iPad app, etc.).
- Assist Creative and Communication teams in building and maintaining timelines, and managing marketing inventory.
- Contribute to creating and distributing email templates for a wide range of usages, including, but not limited to, newsletters, thought leadership, event invitations, and digital communications.
- Work with internal CRM team to coordinate large email distribution lists.
- Research, collect, and prepare background materials and information to enable detailed inputs and to streamline project initiation and delivery.
- Support event strategy and execution, assisting with contract processes, and contributing to integrated marketing promotional activity (email, social, and exhibition branding).
- Review and process compliance submissions, managing audit trail, tracking material status, and ensuring timely delivery of updates.
- Provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1-2+ years of marketing experience ideally within financial services (will consider strong marketing internship experience).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience leveraging any project management tool is a plus. Workfront experience a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Great organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to leverage creative-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
