Marketing Assistant- Investment Management - Boston, MA We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join an elite investment management firm in Boston, MA. The Marketing Associate will support strategic initiatives aimed at deepening relationships with financial advisors, with a particular focus on the firm’s advisor education and practice management programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to high-impact marketing efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, maintaining internal processes, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the channel marketing team to ensure consistent and effective brand engagement across key audiences.
This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence in the Boston office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). The role is offered as a 1+ year contract, with a competitive pay rate of $25–27/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: - Update and maintain marketing materials using internal workflow tools, ensuring brand and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate with compliance and senior marketers on approvals and version control.
- Track collateral inventory and usage; manage updates across internal and external platforms.
- Collaborate with Communications and Creative teams to manage timelines and content delivery.
- Submit materials for compliance review and maintain audit records.
- Gather background materials to support project planning.
- Help create and distribute emails (newsletters, invites, thought leadership) and coordinate large distribution lists with the CRM team.
- Support event marketing, including contracts and promotional efforts across digital and in-person channels.
- Provide general support across marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred; internships count for candidates with less than one year.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to engage effectively across departments.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
