We are looking for a licensed and experienced Lash Artist who is passionate about the art of eyelash extensions and dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, self efficient, and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times. You will be responsible for performing high-quality lash services, building a strong client base, and contributing to the positive and upscale atmosphere of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform expert application of classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume eyelash extensions.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess lash health, discuss desired outcomes, and set realistic expectations.
• Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and impeccably organized work station and treatment room, strictly adhering to all state board sanitation and disinfection regulations.
• Manage appointment schedules, client records, and consent forms with precision and confidentiality.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to ensure the longevity and health of their lash extensions.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
• Recommend and sell aftercare products and other retail items to clients.
• Assist with general studio duties, including maintaining cleanliness in common areas and managing inventory of lashing supplies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required: Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of NM
• Impeccable Attention to Detail: A steady hand and a passion for creating beautiful, flawless lash sets.
• Highly Organized: Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule and maintain detailed client notes.
• Commitment to Cleanliness: A strong understanding and unwavering adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Professional Demeanor: Punctual, reliable, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You must be able to provide a 5-star customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with lash lifts, tints, or brow services is a plus.
