For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members ( | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years of age or older - No high school diploma, GED or college degree required - No experience required and on-the-job- training is provided **Preferred Qualifications:** - One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred **Responsibilities:** - Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately - Accept accountability for cash transactions - Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly - Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems - Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting - Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs - Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift. Including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties - Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
