Job Description
Looking for a journeyman plumber looking to perform residential plumbing installation and maintenance work.
Responsibilities include cut sheets, inventory control, construction layout and installation, and communications with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other team members for the safe installation of all associated plumbing systems to applicable codes and standards. Necessary skills include, lay-out and installation of Cast Iron and PVC DWV systems, lay-out and installation of Domestic Water Systems of all types, finishes and setting of equipment, installation of Gas Piping Systems and equipment, the ability to rig equipment for safe transport and lifting, safe operation of personnel lifting equipment.. Work conditions include but are not limited to: working from heights exceeding 10', lifting in excess of 75 pounds, climbing ladders, working in trenches and trench boxes, working in confined spaces, working in the elements, exposure to heat sources and other hazardous conditions, occasional night work, and working with PPE.
