Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet industry standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Install and connect ductwork, piping, and electrical components for HVAC systems.
• Test system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
• Comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
• Train and mentor apprentices or less experienced technicians as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Journeyman HVAC license or certification (required).
• Three years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
