ISO and CMMI Compliance Auditor (Entry-Level or Experienced)

Location: Hybrid (Dayton, OH) preference, remote option for the right candidate

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting CMMI and ISO compliance audits. The ideal candidate will possess or be willing to acquire knowledge in ISO, CMMI, and ITIL frameworks, with a strong emphasis on project management and quality assurance. This role offers opportunities for growth and collaborative team engagement.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for CMMI and ISO compliance audits
• Support internal and external audit activities related to ISO, CMMI, and ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure ongoing compliance and process improvement.s
• Contribute to project management and quality assurance initiatives
• Develop and enhance skills in ISO, CMMI, and related frameworks through training and on-the-job experience
• Required Skill Set: Background or training in ISO, CMMI, and ITIL frameworks
• Relevant experience in project management, quality assurance, or IT services/security
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency with office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to remote working arrangements
• Qualifications: Experience in CMMI and ISO auditing 1-3 years
• Certification in CMMI and ISO is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute long-term to team objectives
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
