Position Overview - this is a commission role only, with the opportunity to make $70K-200K per year!

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to build a lucrative career in the thriving home improvement industry. You'll work directly with homeowners to assess their needs, present solutions, and close sales while representing a company known for quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers

• Present product offerings and pricing options clearly and professionally

• Follow up on leads generated through CRM’s, marketing campaigns and referrals

Customer Relations:

• Build rapport and trust with homeowners through consultative selling

• Provide detailed product knowledge and answer technical questions

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

• Address customer concerns and maintain relationships throughout the sales process

Business Development:

• Identify new opportunities within existing territories

• Participate in home shows, community events, and networking activities

• Generate referrals through exceptional customer service

• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• A reliable car is required for this position with a valid driver's license.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related field

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

• Polished computer skills

• Polished phone skills, grammar, speaking, reading and writing

• Willing to take a drug test

• Willing to learn new systems and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in exterior home improvement sales (roofing, siding, decks, windows)

• Previous experience with in-home sales presentations
