About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and dynamic Head of HR to join its North America leadership. This high-impact role is pivotal in owning and delivering the people plan for the region, with a focus on enabling rapid business scaling while nurturing a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, a builder of people strategies, and a hands-on operator, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape organizational design, talent strategies, and reward programs. Key responsibilities include leading talent acquisition and development, advising on succession planning, and overseeing various HR functions such as compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth business environments. Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred. The role requires the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, and the candidate should be comfortable operating as a standalone HR leader, particularly in global or matrixed organizations. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills are essential, as is a high level of adaptability, a low ego, and a proactive, 'no task is too small' mentality. The Head of HR will also be expected to champion an inclusive and collaborative culture through various programs and initiatives.
