About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Business Operations for its pioneering biologics division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic, operational, and commercial direction of the business, with a focus on building a world-class CDMO platform. This role offers full executive ownership over strategic planning, operations, business development, and P&L. The Head of Business Operations will have the autonomy to shape and scale the CDMO, leveraging innovation, deep regulatory expertise, and client-centric excellence to fuel major growth in the global healthcare market. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in biologics manufacturing or CDMO services, with a Master's degree in a related field (Ph.D. preferred). The role requires a proven track record in client acquisition, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth, as well as the ability to inspire a high-performing cross-functional team. The Head of Business Operations will be tasked with overseeing the full lifecycle of CDMO services, from development to GMP manufacturing, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all global regulatory frameworks. The position also involves leading financial planning, reporting, and resource optimization initiatives, and may require domestic and international travel.
