What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the deployment and maintenance of hardware systems across multiple locations
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and logistics for hardware installations
- Lead on-site execution and track progress of hardware installations
- Develop detailed scopes of work and installation checklists for all projects
- Foster relationships with vendors to ensure reliable hardware deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A track record of managing complex logistics without oversight
- Minimum of 3 years of project management or field operations experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with cloud-based project-tracking and collaboration tools
- High-level technical intuition to communicate effectively with engineers and installers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in PropTech, IoT, telecom, or similar industries
- Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site validations and audits
- Experience with vendor management and negotiations
- Familiarity with hardware installation processes and best practices
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential issues before they arise
