**Overview**
Hourly Pay: $27.50

Shift: Mon-Fri (6:30am-3pm)

The Event Service Technician will be asked to breakdown conference room tables and reassemble
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1-3 years of experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Customer service experience
- 1-3 years of similar work experience
**Responsibilities:**
+ Event set ups including table and chair configurations based on specific map layouts and verbal instructions.
+ Trash disposal before, during, and after events including public areas, lobbies, break areas, restrooms, etc.
+ Clean and sanitize surfaces
+ Make sure all public spaces are clean and clear of debris and clutter, no tripping hazards and or debris.
+ High level of customer service and communication.
+ Great at following direction.
+ Great team player.
+ Great self starter.
+ High attention to detail.
+ Great communication skills and the ability to provide detailed shift reports.
- Check all stairwells and landing. Sweep and dust all rails.
- Check and clean inside elevators.
- Meet with Floor Supervisor to discuss the resets/refresh for the evening.
- Maintain all power extension cords and store properly. Set power to furniture and ensure all connected safely and
have pedestrian ramps or are taped down to avoid tripping.
- Maintain and manage furniture inventory. Pull broken furniture and mark for repair/replacement
