About the Role As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a versatile full-stack engineering team across mobile, web, and backend. Your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders in product development, strategy, operations, design, user research, and analytics. You will guide a data-centric team to craft an end-to-end user experience for Occasions, building personalized and reusable experiences on mobile and web apps. Collaborate with product, strategy, operations, design, user research, and analytics teams to define roadmap and deliver impact. Scale the team by developing internal talents and attracting top external talent. We’re excited about you because… You hold a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field. You have 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in management. You have managed engineering disciplines across backend, Android, iOS, and web. You possess strong product sense and can partner effectively with cross-functional teams. You have experience working with non-technical stakeholders and building scalable products in fast-paced environments. You can handle ambiguity and work with product/business partners to design scalable solutions. You have a track record of guiding and growing engineering teams in changing business contexts.
