Flow Right Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has Drain Service Technician positions available for individuals with experience in customer service and sales.
You'll provide service to address customer concerns specifically related to drains (drain lines, sewer lines). You'll be responsible to perform the work, provide an invoice for labor and materials, and collect payment or provide a recommendation and/or an estimate if the concerns require additional work. Each Service Technician is expected to professionally represent the Company with the customer, provide excellent customer service and deliver quality workmanship, with the goal of having the customer hire the Company again and refer the Company to others.
Our working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as required.
Responsibilities:
Perform assigned tasks and provide detailed invoices for labor and materials.
Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service to customers.
Position assumes the role of Project Estimator by providing accurate job estimates that address customer concerns and existing problems related to underground utilities.
Collaborate with suppliers, and co-workers to ensure jobs are completed to company standards.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Attend mandatory division meetings and review meeting minutes if unable to attend.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Minimum of 2 (plus) years of proven sales experience.
Experience in drain clean service (running sewer snakes, jet rodding, camera/locate equipment in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments) is a huge plus.
Professional, personable, and customer-oriented.
Knowledge of local plumbing codes, preferred
Ability to work effectively with suppliers, and co-workers.
Ability to provide and adjust job estimates based on jobsite conditions.
Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, licensure and skill level. It is a combination of a base hourly wage rate along with an opportunity of cash incentive.
