We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Asset Manager to oversee the organization, management, and optimization of digital assets such as videos, photographs, and written content. This contract position involves creating structured systems for file naming, storage, tagging, and accessibility to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency. Based in Eagan, Minnesota, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain and refine digital asset workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Audit and reorganize existing digital assets stored on servers and shared drives to improve accessibility.
• Develop and implement standardized naming conventions, metadata protocols, and folder structures.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to align on best practices for digital asset organization.
• Tag and input metadata for videos, photography, and written content to enhance searchability.
• Assist in managing asset version control to ensure the accuracy and consistency of files.
• Participate in strategy sessions to refine the overall digital asset management approach.
• Conduct regular audits and perform administrative tasks such as file tagging and data entry.
• Support the integration and initial migration of AI-driven tools and digital asset management systems.
• Work closely with teams to identify outdated or redundant assets for removal from libraries.• Proven experience in digital asset management, including organizing and tagging digital files.
• Familiarity with metadata standards and tagging processes for various content types.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized systems.
• Experience working with creative, marketing, and content teams in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of digital asset management tools and AI-driven systems.
• Ability to audit existing digital assets and implement improvements.
