Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal Department: Operations and Maintenance Location: Central Park Zoo Status: Non-Exempt Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Schedule: Must be able to work 2-5 days per week including weekends and holidays. Schedule varies and is dependent on weather and guest attendance, schedule subject to change through the spring and summer. Earn your stripes in operational support! • Park Services Associate Collecting trash, debris, and recyclables and disposing of them in accordance with WCS procedures Providing excellent service to guests, including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions and amenities Patrolling of grounds, buildings, pathways, restrooms and other assigned areas for cleaning Assist in the movement of WCS equipment and supplies Other cleaning and support tasks as needed

Qualification Requirements

Qualifications: Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and/or move 20-50 pounds Comfortable being exposed to cold and hot weather conditions Good verbal communication skills Ability to work well within a team Overtime for evening events (required) Language skills a plus (Spanish, etc.) EOE/ AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled #LI-DNI
