Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fixtures, and water heaters in commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (Preferred)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete jobs efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings (Preferred).
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Be able to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Be able to travel to different job locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with medical gas systems.
