Position: Business Account Coordinator Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior or Senior Business Account Coordinator at PHASIUM / Megmeet USA in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications and/or background in Engineering. Candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and coordination skills. This individual excels at building and maintaining relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines, are essential. Primary duties include but not limited to : A. Build and grow relationships with customers, reps, and related parties by: Taking customer orders and communicating with internal team to share the shipping schedules and updates. Helping internal teams to collect information and required documentation from new customers to set them up in internal system. Coordinating with internal sales/customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met. B. Support sales and marketing activities by: Researching industry tradeshows and working with related processes. Assisting tradeshow setup and information collection. Organizing and preparing regular training and meetings between reps and internal sales for upcoming marketing materials. Helping sales team to research required information and maintain the CRM platform.
