ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Actively engage with clients, ensuring clear communication in Polish and Spanish to address their insurance needs.
Policy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual requirements.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust from both Polish and Spanish-speaking clients.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends, updates, and legal requirements in the insurance sector to provide accurate information.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims, advising on potential outcomes, and ensuring smooth processing.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and insurance transactions for compliance and reporting purposes.
RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: Fluency in Polish or Spanish, in addition to English, is required.
Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty License must be obtainable
Experience: Previous experience in insurance consulting or a similar role is plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple languages.
Customer-centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service to diverse clientele.
