Tarvos Talent is seeking a driven and organized Assistant Property Manager for a contract opportunity with a respected property management group in Austin, TX. This is a fully on-site role supporting a well-maintained multifamily property and offers the chance to build valuable experience in property operations while contributing to a highly professional team.
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll support day-to-day leasing and resident relations, process rent payments, handle maintenance requests, and assist with marketing and move-in/move-out coordination. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain compliance, and help create a positive living experience for residents.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in property management or leasing, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a major plus. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success.
